BECOMING CATHOLIC …

• HAVE YOU NOT RECEIVED YOUR FIRST HOLY COMMUNION AND THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION? 

OCIA Sessions provide an opportunity for those who are not baptized or have been baptized in a non-Catholic Christian tradition to learn more about the Catholic faith and possibly decide to join the Catholic Church. 

Sponsors for OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) Would you be willing to be a sponsor for someone seeking to become Catholic or fully initiated in the Catholic Church? We are looking for people to help mentor and journey with others who are interested in becoming Catholic. 

Requirements for a Sponsor: - If married, must be married in the Catholic Church - Fully initiated - must have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist - Be striving to live according to the Church's teachings

RCIA Sessions are held weekly on Monday evenings (September - May) in the Cathedral Center (St. Raphael Meeting Room).
