Baptism Instruction Class

This Baptismal Instruction Class for parents and sponsors is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Cathedral Center (St. Raphael Meeting Room) from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Parents of children being baptized at The Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory must be parishioners. Parents who are baptizing their child at another Catholic Church and sponsors who need to attend a class in order to meet requirements of being a baptismal sponsor at another parish are welcome to attend. Participants will receive proof of attendance at the end of the evening to take to their parish to be included with the records required for the baptism. Parents of children to be baptized at the Cathedral should bring the child's city-issued birth certificate so that a copy may be made for the church records. Beginning in August, the Baptism classes will be moving to the 1st Sunday of the month and will be held from 10:30 - 11:45 a.m. The August class will be in the Victory Annex but all future classes will be in the Cathedral Center (St. Raphael Meeting Room).
