The Altar Society is a group of generous women of the parish who provide the proper liturgical environment for an uplifting and prayerful celebration of the Sacraments. If interested in doing the work of the Church while establishing and fostering great friendships with other ladies of the parish, then please consider joining this group! The Altar Society and its members clean the altar area weekly and the church monthly, are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of altar linens and all vestments, provide flowers for weekend Masses and other special liturgies throughout the year, serve as hostesses for First Sunday Coffee, Donuts & Fruit and other parish receptions and gathering, sew and embroider Baptism bibs, quilt several quilts each year to be sold at the parish's Fall Festival and take part in other activities of the parish as needed. All parish women are invited to join. Regular meetings are held from September through June on the second Tuesday of the month. The evening begins with a social at 6:00 p.m. followed by meetings at 6:30 p.m in the Cafeteria.
